One of the main reasons why people find it difficult to lose all the extra weight they want to is the fact that they are addicted to emotional eating! Emotional eating is basically a form of addiction in which you don’t have a hold on eating. People who do not have self-control are the ones who suffer from this problem of emotional eating the most. When it comes to overeating, it mostly happens when you are too sad or depressed. Mostly, depression leads to making you want to eat sugary stuff. And, sugary stuff is the worst thing you can overeat! Or, if you are eating something, do not switch on your TV.
